What's the difference between low-rise and high rise mens briefs?

I need underwear and Jockey underwear is on sale. Whats the difference between the high and low rise briefs though? Im not sure what I have no and not sure which to buy.

5. I think low rise is below your waist and hi rise is above your waist. I am not a male but I think that is what it means.
6. jockey brand are like the high rise brief are same a regular brief and low rise is like a hipster i once worked in jockey plant for 23 years and good quality i made them both hope this help you
