is there any underwear for guys that really hug the waist so if you bend over they don't move down they stay were they need to be

1. all underwear should be able to hug the waist. make sure your are getting the right size that fits u best. that may be the problem. but n e kind of elastic band is good.
2. All elastic waist (even if it is the correct size) is going to move around a bit. The secret is getting some sort of underwear that really fits you perfectly through the crotch so that there is no excess material to ride up or down. This can be hard to find as it will be different for every guy. Just try a few pairs from lots of different brands and find out what fits you the best. Good luck.
